2009 - Just started a new 8 weeks silversmithing course, I have to say I am extremely pleased and can't believe how much we have learn't and done, It certainly helps having Carl as a teacher and they are only small groups ~ Sue , Waterlooville.

January 2010 - Simply stunning Bangle and unbelievable service. Carl was asked to make a bangle for an 18th birthday present at very very short notice. Not only did the bangle arrive on time but he went out of his way to ensure the customer was happy every step of the way. Nicola , Devon.

We're so lucky down here to have the lovely Carl and his workshop so close and some wonderfully talented and inspirational people to meet on a regular basis - plus the opportunity to purchase various tools and glass products - almost like a mini FlameOff!
Sounds like glassy heaven to me and now "international" with PeterG from Australia attending
What a great day, It was lovely to meet everyone again and some new people to, and a big Thank You to Kay, Jo and Carl for another brilliant day !!!
I have to say the silver classes with you Carl have been so good, would never have met such a great teacher if I had not come along to these meets, glass and silver what more could anyone want
Jan 27th 2010 - Attended a 1 day Silver Clay Course, I was aprehensive having done a similar course last year with another company that was dissapointing. An absolutely amazing day,almost one to one tuition, these tutors know what they are talking about not only was it clearly explained but great venue and equipment. Not only did Carl explain Silver Clay expertly but demonstrated how to take this "clay" to another level by introducing and teaching traditional silversmithing techniques to accompany it. If this wasn't enough during a small break we were shown how to create a lampwork bead from scratch.Came away with 3 amazing pieces of fully finished Jewellery, I will book to come back again. February 5th - Just a quick email to say thanks again – I really enjoyed the last two days and got so much out of it. Whilst driving home I reflected on the fact that only two days ago I hadn’t heard of words like annealing, work hard, Tripoli, Borax Cone and so on, but now, not only do I know what they mean, I know how they all come together to make something that is not only unique and organic but something that I’m really proud of! I really especially love the ring that I/ we made today - Sharon, Oxford.
