TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering and,if neccessary,print and keep a copy for your own records.

 

Postage and Shipping

Please allow up to 7 days for all products to be dispatched to your address, for non stock items or commissions this may take a little longer. If you need your order quicker than this, please contact me and I will do my very best to help. This only applies to stock items.

 

Courses & Workshops

All courses, workshops and classes held at my studio are subject to payment in full prior to the commencement of the course. If your booking is more than 1 calendar month in advance then 20% of your course fee's are payable at time of booking, full and final payment is expected within 7 days of course commencement.

 

If your course is less than 1 calendar month from time of booking then payment in full is requested at time of booking.

 

You will be required to read, complete and sign a course booking form on the day of attendance after the initial explanation of health and safety regulations regarding the safe and proper use of all tools,equipment and associated materials. Both silversmithing and silver clay demonstrations and lessons require all attendees to wear suitable clothing and adhere to instructions in the use of all tools and equipment at all times. Silversmithing and making silver jewellery use open flamed torches. No liability can be or will be accepted for the improper use or handling of any tools or equipment used whilst on the premises. 

 

Commissions 

All commissions undertaken require 50% of final quote value before any work is commenced. The full and final settlement is required at time of collection.

 

If you require a commission to be posted then it will be at additional cost and will be sent with a registered courier. Insurance will be required .Quotes will be given at time of commission quote so all parties are aware of additional costs to be incured.

 

I accept the following methods of payment :- Cash, Cheque, Paypal and BACS.



Returns and Cancellations
Please let us know by email as soon as possible if you are unable to attend any course, class or workshop.
All tuition fees are non refundable in the unfortunate or unlikely event that the course, class or workshop cannot be attended then we will re
-schedule that course, class or workshop to a convenient time to suit all parties concerned.

 

If you believe an item to be faulty, please let me know within 24 hours of receipt. I will do everything in my power to put it right.

I understand that buying something on the internet without seeing it in person can be daunting. If you receive
your order and decide the products just are not appropriate for you, contact me for a full refund minus the postage / shipping. Please note: if the items are not faulty it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the items back to me. Please ensure any item you are returning has proof that the item was dispatched and that it is in an undamged condition and all packaging is intact.

Finally in the rare event that your order is sent incorrectly please contact me within 48 hrs and I will correct it as soon as I can.
