All courses are run from my own dedicated studio and workshop in Droxford, Hampshire. There is free parking right outside the door.Disabled access is also available. 4 Week Silver Jewellery Making Workshop: A series of 4 hour lessons taught over a four week period OR For those that wish you can take 4 x 4 hour lessons in 1 week. For those who wish to further their knowledge you can continue to enroll in further 4 week courses to develop additional experience and skills in design and technique. These are run Monday to Friday ,Flexible times available for group bookings .All tools supplied and first £10.00 of materials,but students will need to purchase silver or gold as required to complete additional items

1 Day Full Workshop ~ Silver Jewellery A full day for either complete beginners or people with some basic knowledge,providing an introduction to precious metals and basic skills taught to pierce,cut,saw,solder and polish. Courses are available Monday to Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.All tools supplied and the first £10.00 of materials (usually enough for the day ). You will make a solid Sterling silver ring and a bangle with an rrp of £90.00
1 Day Combination Workshop
3 hours Silversmithing and making Jewellery followed by 3 Hours Lampworking all in one day
Come and enjoy a combination day, 3 hours of an introduction to Silversmithing and making sterling silver jewellery then 3 hours of Lampworking come and learn the basics of working with molten glass to create your very own bespoke beads.
1 Day Workshop ~ Silver Clay including Fingerprint Jewellery A full days introduction to the very versatile silver clay. You will learn the very basics of creating elegant silver clay jewellery.You will also learn fingerprint Jewellery by request. You will learn the correct use and storage of the clay.You will be shown the various tools and techniques from design to the finish of the final piece.
Courses are only taught in small groups to ensure you get the attention and tuition to be confident to carry on using your new found skills and knowledge once the day is complete. A perfect gift for all age groups and abilities.10.00am to 4.00pm
2 Day Workshop ~ Silver Jewellery 2 day or weekend workshops are designed for those who wish to design and make specific items. Incredibly popular and developed purely out of demand. All tools supplied but students will need to purchase silver or gold as required to complete their items. 10 am. to 4.00 pm Lunch and refreshments Provided. All tools supplied and first £10.00 of materials,but students will need to purchase silver or gold as and when required to complete additional items.
1 Day Wedding Ring Bespoke Course : Design and make your own Wedding Rings. Full details upon application. Silver and Gold or a Combination of both.Full Help with design and making your own wedding bands in a 1 day visit to the best studio in the heart of the Hampshire countryside.
Please feel free to email or call to discuss your requirements. Rest assured your rings will be ~ "As Individual As You". . This will include all instruction and tools. Materials will be in addition to the course. Once made your rings will be sent to the London Assay Office for hallmarking.

1 Day Course - An introduction to Lampworking - Learn the popular art of Lampworking in the hottest studio in the south. From the essential health and safety to the correct use of tools and equipment. Your day will then be spent manipulating molten glass to form bespoke glass beads, you will be taught stringer work and how to decorate your beads, expert tuition is by your side every step of the way. Lampworking is incredibly creative art form using various types of glass rod which are melted and then formed in a whole host of shapes and sizes .
1 Day Combination Course - Treat yourself for a day with a combination course - 3 hour introduction to Lampworking or Fused Glass followed by 3 hour introduction to Silversmithing .
You will learn the basics of two of the worlds greatest and renowned art forms - Lampworking and silversmithing.
Designed for the begiiner who want to try both in a 1 day session 3 hours will be spent learning how to make a glass bead followed by 3 hours learning how to make an elegant solid sterling silver ring.
1 Day Fused Dichroic Glass Course
Workshop's are run on a daily basis in the comfort of a modern and light studio with all the tools and facilities one could wish for.

Workshop's are run on a daily basis in the comfort of a modern and light studio with all the tools and facilities one could wish for.
6 Week Fused & Dichroic Fused Glass Course -
Next 6 week evening course starts on the 7th September 2010, 7-9pm. We will cover making small jewellery pendants, coaster and small wall hangings, slumping and collapsing down bottles in the kiln. Each student will get a starter glass pack and free use of the kiln to fire pieces made on the course & unlimited light refreshments.

Taster Sessions Come and enjoy a few hours to sample what's on offer, this way there is no commitment, but it will show you what silversmithing and making jewellery is all about.Watch a live demonstration in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Informal and relaxed.
3 hour session for Silversmithing - come and learn how to make a sterling silver ring.
3 hour session in Lampworking, come and learn all about lampworking.
3 hour session in Silver Clay, come and learn the basics of working with silver clay,copper or bronze clay.

Hen Party and Corporate Team Building:- Hen Party and Corporate Days - Have a fantastic time with your freinds or colleagues, real hands on approach and every single member of the party or group leaves with something that they have created.
Very informal and relaxed. Individuals and groups catered for (maximum of 12). These are run every week. If you want to organise a group of your freinds to come along there is also a present for one lucky person. It's informative, without being boring and you'll probably learn a thing or two. Our exclusive 4 week courses are designed for anyone interested in learning more about jewellery design and manufacture and making an item of jewellery for themselves or others as a gift,without any prior knowledge or skill. All courses can be adapted to the individual depending on knowledge and skill level.
Entry qualifications
None - All courses are designed for students of all abilities, both beginners and the more experienced.
Information about the course
All courses will teach the basic skills required to work with metals.
The following may be taught during the course:-
Basic skills required to work with metal including health and safety,marking, cutting, piercing and soldering.
Most students will complete a range of small silver or gold items during the course including producing a silver ring with a single stone setting or a chain link bracelet and polishing skills
Please note the course content may be adapted according to the needs and abilities of the students.
Students are encouraged to purchase a very basic set of tools, if they wish to develop their newly aquired skills. These can be bought from the studio.
